Branding & Rebranding in Qatar

Branding & rebranding

Many Qatar companies launch with a logo typed in a ready-made Arabic font, or grow until their Arabic and English look like two different brands. We build brand identities for new companies and refresh dated ones: clear positioning, Arabic and Latin logos designed together as one system, colours, type and guidelines your team can follow. Your brand then looks the same everywhere.

  • Clear positioning for your brand
  • Arabic and English logos designed together
  • One look across every channel
  • Guidelines your team can follow

What a brand identity includes

A brand identity is more than a logo. These are the seven parts that make a brand look and sound the same wherever people meet it.
The proposal lists the parts included.

How a branding project runs

Our working hours overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday. Meetings happen by video call, and every stage ends with your approval.
You choose the direction before we refine it.

STEP 01. Discovery workshop

We run a workshop by video call with your decision-makers to understand the business, its customers, competitors and goals, and what must stay or change in the brand.

STEP 02. Positioning and messaging

We write the positioning and key messages in English and Arabic: who the brand is for, what makes it different and how it should sound. You approve them before design starts.

STEP 03. Concepts

We present logo and identity concepts, with the Arabic and Latin versions designed together and shown in real uses. You choose the direction you want us to develop further.

STEP 04. Refinement

We refine the chosen concept: the logo, colours, type and how they work together in both scripts. The number of revision rounds is stated in the proposal before work starts.

STEP 05. Guidelines

We write the brand guidelines: how to use the logo, colours, fonts and tone in both languages, with examples, so your team and suppliers apply the brand the same way.

STEP 06. Rollout and handover

We design the agreed first applications and hand over the files in organised folders, with a rollout checklist. The proposal states the formats and support included.

Signs it is time to rebrand

Three common signs that a brand needs work, and what usually fixes each one.

The logo fails in Arabic

The Arabic looks like an afterthought.

  • Sign: a weak Arabic logo
  • Common cause: typed in a stock font
  • What we do: a bilingual wordmark

A different look everywhere

Each channel uses other colours.

  • Sign: inconsistent materials
  • Common cause: no brand system
  • What we do: brand guidelines

Dated next to competitors

The brand looks older than the business.

  • Sign: a tired look
  • Common cause: old positioning
  • What we do: a brand refresh

What you own

Your brand is one of the most valuable things your business owns. The proposal states the copyright terms and the files you receive.

The final brand files are handed over to you.

  • Copyright terms set in the proposal
  • Final designs yours once paid
  • Unused concepts stay with us
  • Rights stated before work starts

  • Fonts named in the guidelines
  • Licence needs noted in writing
  • Arabic and Latin fonts listed
  • Licence costs shown separately

  • Vector logo files in every version
  • Colour, mono and icon versions
  • Guidelines as a PDF document
  • Questions answered by email or call

What to prepare

A brand is only as clear as the business behind it. Gather what you can, and anything missing becomes a question in our reply.

  • Your business: what you offer, to whom, and where you want to be in a few years.
  • Competitors: the brands your customers compare you with.
  • What to keep: any colour, name or symbol people already know you by.
  • Decision-makers: who will approve the brand, and how decisions are made.
  • First uses: where the brand must appear first, such as signage, website or packaging.

Brands that have worked with Creative 4 All

These logos belong to Creative 4 All clients across different markets and services. Not all are based in Qatar, and not all used branding services.

Branding needs by sector

Each sector asks something different of its brand. These are common patterns. They are examples, not a list of our Qatar clients.

Real estate: trust for large decisions

Hospitality: a feeling guests remember

Food and drink: packaging and menus

Healthcare: calm, clear and caring

Consultancies: serious and credible

Start-ups: a brand that can grow

Education: trusted by parents

Retail: standing out on the shelf

What does branding cost?

Branding quotes vary because strategy depth, concepts and applications vary. The best way to compare them is to see what each one includes, part by part.

Three items to expect in a proposal:

  • Strategy: the workshop, positioning and messaging in both languages.
  • Identity: logo concepts, refinement, colours, type and guidelines.
  • Applications: the first templates and materials designed in the new brand.

With your quote request, we confirm the concepts, languages and applications included.

Strategy depth

More workshops and research mean a deeper, longer strategy stage.

Concepts

The number of logo concepts presented changes the design time.

Languages

Arabic and Latin marks designed together need more design work.

Applications

Each template or item designed in the new brand adds its own work.

Tell us about the brand you want to build

Use the quote form to tell us about your company and what you need, for example: we are launching a clinic in Doha next spring and need a logo in Arabic and English, colours and a brand guide. We reply with the questions we need answered before preparing a proposal.

Logo only or a full identity?

A logo on its own gives you a mark, but each supplier then guesses the colours, fonts and tone, and the brand drifts. A full identity gives you a system that keeps every item consistent in both languages. Once the identity is ready, the day-to-day design work moves to our graphic design team.

What a full identity adds

  • Colours and fonts set for every use
  • Arabic and English that match
  • Guidelines suppliers can follow
  • Templates your team can reuse
  • A brand that stays consistent over time

Branding FAQ

Short answers on time, concepts, Arabic logos, trademarks, files, rebrands and cost.

A full identity usually takes several weeks, depending on the strategy stage and how fast decisions are made. The timeline is set in the proposal before work starts.

The number of concepts is stated in the proposal. Each concept is shown in real uses, in Arabic and English, so you can judge how it will look in daily life.

Yes. The Arabic and Latin logos are designed together as one system, with matching weight and spacing, rather than typing the Arabic name in a ready-made font.

No. We do not give legal advice or register trademarks. Before you use a new name or logo, check with a trademark agent in Qatar who can advise on registration.

The copyright terms are stated in the proposal. Once the work is paid, the final brand files are yours, while fonts keep their own licences, which are listed separately.

How to use the logo, colours, fonts and tone in both languages, with examples of what to do and what to avoid. The proposal states the length and format of the guide.

Yes. A refresh can keep the colours, shapes or name people already know, while fixing what no longer works. We agree what to keep during the discovery workshop.

The first applications are listed in the proposal. A full website in the new brand is a separate project with our web design team, quoted on its own.

The number of revision rounds for the chosen concept is stated in the proposal. Extra rounds can be added if you need them, with the cost confirmed first.

It depends on the strategy depth, the number of concepts, the languages and the applications. The proposal lists each part, so you can see what every stage costs.

Yes. We run workshops and reviews by video call. Our working days overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday.
