Web Design & Web Development in Qatar

Web design & development

Before a Qatar buyer calls you, they usually check your website. We design and build company websites in English and Arabic that explain what you do, earn trust before the first call and make it easy to request a quote. The Arabic is written natively, not translated, and every page is tested on phones in both directions.

  • A site buyers can find in search
  • Services explained clearly in both languages
  • Trust built before the first call
  • Quote requests that reach your team

Four website builds we deliver

Most Qatar companies need one of these four kinds of site. The proposal states which one fits you and what it includes. Online stores have their own page.

Profile site

A clear site for one business, its services and its team

Corporate site

A larger site for many services, departments or brands

Multi-branch

One site for real branches, each with its own details

Landing page

A focused page for one campaign, offer or event launch

Seven jobs your website has to do

A website is not finished when it looks good. It has to do these seven jobs for the people who visit it.
Each one is checked before launch.

How a website project runs

Our working hours overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday. Meetings happen by video call, and every stage ends with your approval.
Nothing goes live until you approve it.

STEP 01. Discovery call

We talk through your services, buyers, languages and goals, and agree who approves each stage. You share examples of sites you like and anything you already have.

STEP 02. Structure and wireframes

We plan the pages, menus and the content each page needs, then sketch the layouts. You approve the structure before any design work starts on your site.

STEP 03. Design in English and Arabic

We design the key pages in both languages, with the Arabic laid out right to left, not mirrored by software. You review the designs and ask for changes.

STEP 04. Build and integrations

We build the site, add your content and connect the forms and any tools agreed in the proposal. You can follow progress on a test link at any time.

STEP 05. Testing on phones

We test every page in both languages on phones, tablets and computers, check forms and links, and fix what we find before you review the full site yourself.

STEP 06. Launch and handover

We launch the site, hand over the logins and show your team how to edit content. The proposal states what support is included after launch and for how long.

Signs your current site is holding you back

Three common reasons a company website needs a rebuild, and what a rebuild changes. If only the phone view or speed is the problem, see our responsive design service.

Visits but no enquiries

People arrive, look around and leave.

  • Sign: traffic, but no requests
  • Common cause: no clear path to a quote
  • What we do: pages built around the quote

Your team cannot edit it

Every small change needs a developer.

  • Sign: old content stays online
  • Common cause: a site that is hard to edit
  • What we do: a site your team can update

It no longer fits your services

The site describes the old business.

  • Sign: services missing or wrong
  • Common cause: structure from years ago
  • What we do: a structure for today

What you control after launch

It should be clear from day one what belongs to you. The proposal states who owns the domain, the hosting account, the files and the content.

Everything we build for you is handed over in your name.

  • Domain registered in your name
  • Hosting login handed over to you
  • Admin access to the website
  • Design files shared at handover

  • Text and photos belong to you
  • Arabic and English versions both
  • Stock images used only if licensed
  • Your logo and assets stay yours

  • Training scope set in the proposal
  • Your team shown how to edit pages
  • Support period stated in writing
  • Questions answered by email or call

Services that support your new website

  • SEO: help the new site get found after launch with search engine optimisation.
  • Google Ads: bring the first visitors quickly with Google Ads management.
  • Paid social: promote the launch on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with paid social ads.
  • Social media: keep your accounts active alongside the site with social media management.
  • Hosting and domains: keep the site online and your email working with web hosting.
  • Brand identity: when the logo and colours are not settled yet, branding comes before the site.

Each service has its own page and scope. A proposal covers only what you ask for.

Text, photos and approvals to gather before we start

A website is only as good as what goes into it. Gather what you can, and anything missing becomes a question in our reply.

  • Your services: what you sell, who buys it and what makes you different.
  • Real photos: of your team, place and work, or a plan to take them.
  • Buyer questions: what customers ask before they decide to buy.
  • Practical details: hours, service areas and how you prefer to be contacted.
  • Languages and approvals: which pages need both languages, and who signs off the Arabic.

Have an existing site? Send the address, and we will tell you what can be reused.

Brands that have worked with Creative 4 All

These logos belong to Creative 4 All clients across different markets and services. Not all are based in Qatar, and not all used web design services.

Pages each sector needs first

Every sector has one page its visitors look for first. These are common patterns. They are examples, not a list of our Qatar clients.

Clinics: doctors, treatments and bookings

Real estate: projects, units and locations

Restaurants: menu, location and bookings

Retail: products, branches and offers

Contracting: projects, services and clients

Training: courses, dates and registration

Professional services: team and expertise

Hospitality: rooms, events and packages

How much does a website cost in Qatar?

Website quotes in Qatar vary widely because they cover very different amounts of work. The best way to compare them is to see what each one includes.

Three formats you will see in proposals:

  • Company profile site: a small site with your main services, built on an agreed template or design.
  • Full corporate site: more pages, custom design and content in two languages.
  • Custom build: special features, integrations or workflows built for your business.

With your quote request, we confirm the pages, languages and features included, and any yearly costs.

What a quote contains

Pages, languages, design, content, features and support, each listed clearly.

Yearly costs

Domain, hosting and any licences renew every year and are listed separately.

What changes the price

A second language, copywriting, custom features and photography add work.

Comparing two quotes

Check both cover the same pages, languages and support before comparing price.

Tell us about the website you need

Use the quote form to tell us what your business does, whether you have a site today and which languages you need, for example: we are a contracting company, our site is old and we need English and Arabic. We reply with the questions we need answered before preparing a proposal.

When a website earns its place next to social pages and listings

Directories and social pages often appear first when people in Qatar search for a supplier. They help people find you, but they show your business next to competitors and on someone else’s terms. When a buyer is shortlisting, your own website is usually the next thing they check. It is the one place that explains your full offer, in your words, in both languages.

What a website adds

  • A full description of every service you offer
  • Content you own, not a platform’s profile page
  • Pages that can be found in Google search
  • A professional email and domain in your name
  • One place to send people from ads and posts

Web design FAQ

Short answers on cost, timing, ownership, languages and working with our team.

It depends on the number of pages, the languages, the design work and any special features. The proposal lists each item, so you can compare it with other quotes on the same basis.

A company profile site usually takes a few weeks, and a larger corporate site longer. The timeline depends on how quickly content and approvals come in, and it is set in the proposal.

If customers buy online, you need a store, which has its own ecommerce service. If they contact you first and buy later, a company site is usually the right choice.

The site is built so Google can read it, and we connect Search Console at launch. No one can guarantee rankings, and showing up for competitive searches usually takes ongoing SEO work.

Yes. We build on a CMS your team can use, and we show you how to edit text, photos and pages. The training included is stated in the proposal.

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the logins, files and content are handed over at launch. This is written into the proposal before we start.

Yes. We can add a WhatsApp button to your site so visitors reach your own number, next to the quote form and any other contact options you choose.

No. We work with you by video call and email. Our working days overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday.

We plan redirects from old pages to new ones and keep the pages that already rank. This protects most of what you have, but no one can guarantee rankings after a redesign.

If the site is fine on a computer but poor on phones, a full rebuild may not be needed. Our responsive design service fixes mobile layouts and speed on existing sites.

Most Qatar companies need both, because their buyers read in both. Some pages may only need one language. We agree which pages need both before the design starts.
