PPC & Paid Social Advertising in Qatar: Facebook, Instagram & TikTok Ads

Paid social advertising

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads let you choose who sees your message in Qatar, by area, age, interests and the language they use the app in. We plan and manage paid social campaigns for Qatar businesses, with ads written in Arabic and English and one report across the three platforms. For ads on Google searches, see our Google Ads management page.

  • Audiences chosen for your offer, not boosted at random
  • Ads written in Arabic and English
  • Results counted as leads, messages or sales
  • One report for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Platforms we run ads on

We run campaigns on three platforms and plan them together, so your budget is not split between them blindly. Other networks are not part of this service.

Facebook ads

Wide reach across age groups, with lead forms and messages

Instagram ads

Visual offers in the feed, Stories and Reels, built to sell

TikTok ads

Short vertical videos made for the platform and its viewers

One plan

Audiences, budget and reporting across all three platforms

What a structured campaign includes

Pressing “Boost” spends money. A campaign decides what that money has to achieve. These are the seven parts we set before launch and revisit as results come in.
Qatar is a small market, so every choice counts.

How campaigns run

Approvals happen by email and video call. Our working hours overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday. If you want a seasonal campaign, such as a Ramadan, Eid or National Day offer, tell us early, because demand and competition shift around these dates.
Nothing goes live until you approve the ads.

STEP 01. Goals and budget

We agree the offer, the result you want, the areas you serve and the monthly budget, and how that budget is split between Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

STEP 02. Measurement setup

We agree what counts as a result and how it is measured: lead forms, messages or website enquiries. What your site can track depends on its setup.

STEP 03. Audiences and ad plan

We define audiences for each language and offer, choose formats for each platform and prepare the copy. You review and approve every ad before launch.

STEP 04. Launch and approval

Campaigns start at the agreed budget. Each platform reviews the ads before they run, and we fix anything it rejects so the campaign can go live quickly.

STEP 05. Regular optimisation

On the schedule set in the proposal, we compare ads and audiences, move budget to what brings results and replace ads people have seen too often.

STEP 06. Report and next plan

Each report shows spend, results and cost per result for each platform, with what we will change next, so you can decide whether to keep or change the budget.

Signs your ad money is being wasted

Three patterns that make social ads expensive, and how each one is fixed.

Boosted posts with no objective

Likes and views, but very few enquiries.

  • Sign: high reach, almost no leads
  • Common cause: boost set for engagement
  • What we do: a lead or message objective

Budget spread too thin

Many audiences, none with enough money.

  • Sign: ad sets on a few riyals a day
  • Common cause: too many audiences at once
  • What we do: fewer audiences, more budget

One language for everyone

People skip ads not in their language.

  • Sign: weak results from one group
  • Common cause: one ad in a single language
  • What we do: separate ads per language

Your ad accounts, access and creative rights

When your ads are run from abroad, you should know who controls what. The proposal states who owns each ad account, how the platforms are paid and who holds the rights to the ad visuals and videos.

Your Facebook or TikTok password is never needed.

  • Ad account ownership in the proposal
  • Your accounts kept, or new ones made
  • Your page and profile stay yours
  • Handover terms agreed before we start

  • Partner access via Meta portfolio
  • TikTok access via Business Center
  • No personal passwords are shared
  • Access you can remove at any time

  • Who makes visuals, set in proposal
  • Usage rights for photos and footage
  • Your logo and brand assets stay yours
  • Music and stock checked for ad use

What to prepare

Social ads depend on material only you can supply. The more of it is ready, the sooner a first campaign can start.

  • Your offer: what you are promoting, its price or terms, and for how long.
  • Your customers: who buys from you, in which areas of Qatar and in which language.
  • Photos and videos: real material of your product, place or team, if you have it.
  • Page access: your Facebook page, Instagram profile and TikTok account, ready to connect.
  • Who replies: the person who answers messages and leads, and how quickly.

Brands that have worked with Creative 4 All

These logos belong to Creative 4 All clients across different markets and services. Not all are based in Qatar, and not all used paid social advertising.

What paid social can do in your sector

Each sector uses social ads for something different. These are common uses, given as examples, not as results or a list of our Qatar clients.

Beauty and clinics: bookings for treatments

Fashion and retail: new collections and sales

Restaurants and cafés: orders and new menus

Car dealers and showrooms: test drives

Real estate: interest in a new project launch

Education and training: enrolment per intake

Events and exhibitions: tickets and sign-ups

Hotels and hospitality: staycation packages

What does paid social management cost?

Two amounts make up your cost: what the platforms charge to show your ads, and what we charge to run them. Any proposal should show them separately.

Three items to expect:

  • Media spend: paid to Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, set by you and adjustable.
  • Management fee: our planning, setup, optimisation and reporting, quoted separately.
  • Ad visuals and videos: who produces them, and at what cost, is stated in the proposal.

With your quote request, we confirm the platforms, languages and number of ads covered, and how often you receive reports.

What a proposal lists

Platforms, audiences, languages, number of ads, reports and ad account owners.

Platforms and languages

Each platform and language adds ad versions to write, check and then manage.

How often ads change

Reels and TikTok ads tire quickly, so new videos may be needed mid-campaign.

Comparing two proposals

Compare platforms, ad volume and reports, and check who owns the ad accounts.

Tell us what your ads need to achieve

Use the quote form to tell us what you want to promote, who you want to reach in Qatar, which platforms you use today and roughly what you can spend each month. We reply with the questions we need answered before preparing a proposal.

Is boosting a post enough?

The Boost button is quick: it shows an existing post to more people with a few settings, which suits a simple announcement. A campaign built in Ads Manager gives you far more control: the objective, placements, lead forms, separate audiences for each language, excluded audiences and tests between ads. If you want enquiries or sales rather than likes, that control is what makes the difference.

Social ads or Google Ads?

  • Choose social ads when people do not search for your product yet
  • Choose social ads when the product sells on looks or video
  • Choose Google Ads when people already search for your service
  • Use both when a launch needs awareness and ready buyers
  • Start with one channel if the budget cannot fund two properly

Paid social FAQ

Short answers on budget, platforms, language, creative and control of your ad accounts.

The platforms accept small daily budgets. A useful test still needs enough spend per audience to show results, so we suggest a starting budget in the proposal based on your offer and audience.

It depends on who buys from you and what you sell. Visual products often start on Instagram, short video ideas on TikTok and wider age groups on Facebook. We recommend a mix in the proposal and adjust it once results come in.

Yes. Arabic ads are written in clear Arabic that reads naturally to Gulf audiences, not translated from English, and English ads are written for expatriate audiences. Each language can run with its own audience.

That depends on the scope. The proposal states who produces the visuals and videos and what is included, so there are no surprises once the campaign starts.

Ads that open a chat in Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp report how many conversations they start. Whether a chat became a customer is something your team confirms, so we agree how those outcomes are recorded.

Ownership is written into the proposal. Your Facebook page, Instagram profile and TikTok account remain yours, and we work through partner access rather than your passwords.

The length of the engagement and the notice period are set in the proposal, so you know before signing how to stop or change the service.

Spend, reach, results and cost per result for each platform, which ads worked best and what we will change next. How often you receive them is set in the proposal.

Ads can start delivering as soon as the platforms approve them. Results are not guaranteed, and the first weeks are used to find which audiences and ads bring results at an acceptable cost.

Each platform reviews ads against its advertising policies, and sectors such as health and finance face stricter rules. If an ad is rejected, we adjust and resubmit it, or explain what the platform does not allow.

Not under this service. Day-to-day posting and replies to comments are part of our social media management service, which can run alongside your ads.
