Mobile Applications in Qatar

Mobile apps

Many Qatar businesses want an app but worry about the cost, the store approval and who will keep it working. We build iPhone and Android apps for customers or staff, in Arabic and English, from the first scope to store submission and support after launch. The store accounts stay in your name, and the support plan is written before work starts.

  • One app for customers or staff
  • Arabic and English interfaces
  • Store accounts in your name
  • A support plan in writing

Apps we build

Most business apps start as one of four kinds. The proposal states which screens and features are included.

Customer app

An app your customers use to buy, book or follow

Staff and field app

An app your team uses at work, in or out of office

Booking or ordering

Bookings or orders placed in a few taps on a phone

App and admin panel

An app plus the panel your team uses to manage it

What your app must do

An app earns its place on a phone when it makes a task quicker than the website. These are seven things a business app often needs to do.
The proposal lists the ones your app includes.

From idea to store

Our working hours overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday. Meetings happen by video call, and every stage ends with your approval.
You test the app before it reaches the stores.

STEP 01. Scope

We agree who will use the app, the tasks it must handle, the screens it needs and whether it needs an admin panel. You approve the scope and the quote before any design or build work starts.

STEP 02. Wireframes in both languages

We sketch the main screens and how users move between them, in Arabic and English. You check the flow early, while changes are still quick to make.

STEP 03. Design

We design the app screens in your brand style, with Arabic laid out right to left and English left to right. You review the designs on your own phone and ask for any changes.

STEP 04. Build

We build the app with the technology stated in the proposal, in stages, and connect it to any agreed systems. You can try each stage on a test version installed on your phone.

STEP 05. Testing on devices

We test the app on iPhone and Android devices in both languages, fix what we find, and then your team tests it with real tasks before it is sent to the stores.

STEP 06. Store submission and support

We prepare the store listings and submit the app from your developer accounts. The proposal states the support included after launch and how updates are handled.

Signs you need an app, or do not

An app is not always the answer. Three common situations, and what usually fits each one.

Customers return often

The same people order again and again.

  • Sign: frequent repeat orders
  • Common cause: a website slows them down
  • What we do: a customer app

Visitors come once

Most people visit a single time.

  • Sign: one-time visitors
  • Common cause: an app would go unused
  • What we do: a website or web app

Staff work on the road

Teams report from sites and cars.

  • Sign: paper reports from the field
  • Common cause: no tool on their phones
  • What we do: a staff field app

What you own

It should be clear from day one what belongs to you. The proposal states who owns the accounts, the code and the data.

The developer accounts are in your name.

  • Apple developer account in your name
  • Google Play account in your name
  • We are added as separate users
  • You can remove our access anytime

  • Code ownership set in the proposal
  • Licence terms stated in writing
  • Third-party tools listed by name
  • Documents handed over at launch

  • User data stored in your name
  • Exports available when needed
  • Data kept if you change supplier
  • Questions answered by email or call

Services that support your app

  • Web applications: run the same system in a browser with web application development.
  • App stores: help people find and install the app with app store optimisation.
  • Paid social: promote the app on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with paid social ads.
  • AI agents: automate replies and tasks around the app with our AI agents and automation service.
  • App website: give the app a home page that links to both stores with web design.
  • Hosting: run the app’s server and admin panel reliably with web hosting.

Each service has its own page and scope. A proposal covers only what you ask for.

What to prepare

An app scope is only as clear as our picture of the people who will use it. Gather what you can, and anything missing becomes a question in our reply.

  • Users: who will use the app, such as customers, staff or both.
  • Main tasks: the three to five things users must be able to do.
  • Examples: apps you like, and what you like about them.
  • Systems: any software or website the app must connect to.
  • Store accounts: whether you already have Apple and Google developer accounts.

Not sure an app is the right choice? Tell us the problem, and we will advise.

Brands that have worked with Creative 4 All

These logos belong to Creative 4 All clients across different markets and services. Not all are based in Qatar, and not all used mobile app services.

Apps by sector

Each sector uses apps for a different main task. These are common patterns. They are examples, not a list of our Qatar clients.

Restaurants: ordering and loyalty

Retail: products, offers and orders

Clinics: bookings and reminders

Education: classes, results and news

Logistics: drivers and deliveries

Real estate: listings and viewings

Events: tickets, agenda and updates

Services: requests and field teams

What does an app cost?

App quotes vary because platforms, screens and integrations vary. The best way to compare them is to see which screens each one covers, and what you will pay every year after launch.

Three items to expect in a proposal:

  • Build: design, development and testing of the agreed screens and features.
  • Yearly costs: store developer fees, hosting and any third-party services, listed separately.
  • Maintenance: updates for new phone systems and fixes, set out in the proposal.

With your quote request, we confirm the platforms, screens and integrations included.

Platforms

iPhone, Android or both changes how much building and testing is needed.

Screens and languages

More screens and two languages mean more design and testing work.

Admin and integrations

An admin panel and links to other systems each add their own work.

Maintenance

Phone systems change every year, so plan updates from the start.

Tell us about the app you have in mind

Use the quote form to tell us who will use the app and what they need to do, for example: we need an app for our customers in Qatar to book appointments and see their history, in Arabic and English. We reply with the questions we need answered before preparing a proposal.

App, web app or ready system?

A mobile app suits people who use it often and want it on their home screen. A web application runs in any browser and suits tools used on computers or by fewer people. A ready business system may already do what you need, faster and for less. We help you choose before you commit.

When an app is worth it

  • People will use it every week or more
  • The main task is quicker on a phone
  • Staff need it away from a computer
  • You need the phone’s camera or location
  • Being on the home screen matters to you

Mobile app FAQ

Short answers on cost, time, platforms, languages, stores, ownership and support.

It depends on the platforms, screens, admin panel, integrations and languages. The proposal lists each item and the yearly costs, and a staged plan can spread the cost.

A focused first version usually takes a few months, and larger apps longer. The timeline depends on the scope, feedback and store review, and it is set in the proposal.

Yes. Most business apps are built for both. The technology is chosen for each project and stated in the proposal, along with the phone systems the app supports.

Yes. The app can be in Arabic, English or both, with Arabic laid out right to left and a language switch users can change. Both versions are tested on real devices.

We follow Apple and Google rules from the start and fix any issues the review raises. Approval is decided by the stores, so no one can guarantee it, but most issues are solvable.

You do. The Apple and Google developer accounts are registered in your business name, and we are added as users. You can remove our access at any time.

The proposal states the support included after launch. Ongoing maintenance, such as updates for new phone systems, can be quoted as a separate plan if you want it.

Yes. New features are scoped and quoted one by one, or within a support plan. Each update is tested and sent to the stores from your developer accounts.

If payments are part of the scope, we connect the payment gateway your business contracts with. The proposal states whether payments are included and how they work.

Yes. After launch, app store optimisation improves the store listing, and paid social ads can promote the app, each quoted separately.

No. We work with you by video call and email. Our working days overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday.
