AI Agents, Automation & Chatbots in Qatar

AI agents & automation

Many Qatar teams answer the same customer questions on WhatsApp and the website all day, then copy the same details from forms into sheets and systems by hand. We build AI chatbots and agents that answer common questions in Arabic and English, and automations that move data between your tools. A person takes over whenever the bot should not answer. We start with one clear task.

  • Repeat questions answered in both languages
  • Data moved between your tools
  • A person takes over when needed
  • One clear task to start with

What we build

Most AI and automation work falls into one of four kinds. The proposal states which ones are included and on which channels.

Chatbots

Answers on WhatsApp and your website, day and night

AI agents

Internal helpers that search, sort and draft for staff

Workflow automation

Data moved between your tools without retyping

Document extraction

Details read from forms and files into your systems

What a useful AI setup includes

An AI setup is only useful if it gives correct answers and knows when to stop. These are the seven parts we put in place for each project.
Each one is tested with your team.

How we start safely

Our working hours overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday. Meetings happen by video call, and every stage ends with your approval.
Nothing goes live without your team testing it first.

STEP 01. Pick one task

We agree the single task to start with, such as answering delivery questions or moving form entries into a sheet, and name the person on your side who will supervise it.

STEP 02. Map the process

We write down how the task works today: the questions asked, the answers given, the tools used and when a person must step in. You approve the map before anything is built.

STEP 03. Prototype

We build a first version that handles the task with your real information, in Arabic and English. Your team can try it in a test setting long before any customer sees it.

STEP 04. Test with your team

Your team tests the bot or automation in both languages with real examples, including difficult ones, and we fix wrong answers and gaps before it goes anywhere near customers.

STEP 05. Supervised launch

We launch with your supervisor watching closely: conversations are reviewed, hand-offs are checked and the setup can be paused at once if something goes wrong.

STEP 06. Monthly review

Each month we review results, real conversations and errors, update the knowledge base and agree what to improve next. The proposal states what each month covers.

Signs a task is ready for automation

Three common situations where automation helps, and what usually fits each one.

Same questions all day

Staff repeat the same answers.

  • Sign: repeat questions
  • Common cause: no self-service answers
  • What we do: a chatbot built on your facts

Copy and paste between tools

Details retyped from one system.

  • Sign: manual data entry
  • Common cause: tools not connected
  • What we do: a workflow automation

A bot that gets it wrong

Customers get poor answers.

  • Sign: wrong bot answers
  • Common cause: no knowledge base or tests
  • What we do: a knowledge base and testing

Your data, accounts and control

AI tools touch customer conversations and business data, so control must be clear from day one. The proposal states which accounts are used and who holds them.

You can switch the bot off at any time.

  • Tool accounts in your business name
  • Access keys held by you
  • Our access as a separate user
  • You can remove our access anytime

  • Data use stated in the proposal
  • Only the data the task needs
  • Sensitive topics kept out of scope
  • Conversations reviewed by your team

  • A clear way to pause the bot
  • Rules for passing to a person
  • Changes approved before going live
  • Questions answered by email or call

What to prepare

A bot can only be as good as the information behind it. Gather what you can, and anything missing becomes a question in our reply.

  • Top questions: the 20 questions your team answers most, with the correct answers.
  • Documents: price lists, policies and guides the bot should rely on.
  • Tools: the systems involved, and who can give access to them.
  • Supervisor: the person on your side who will review and approve.
  • Languages: how many customers write in Arabic, in English or both.

First tasks to automate, by sector

Each sector has a different first task worth automating. These are common patterns. They are examples, not a list of our Qatar clients.

Clinics: appointment questions

Real estate: first replies to enquiries

Retail: order status questions

Education: admissions questions

Logistics: delivery tracking updates

Hospitality: booking questions

B2B: sorting new leads

HR: answers to staff questions

What does AI automation cost?

AI quotes vary because channels, tools and volumes vary. The best way to compare them is to see what each one includes, and what the tools will cost to run each month.

Three items to expect in a proposal:

  • Build: mapping, setup, the knowledge base, connections and testing.
  • Running costs: AI usage and platform fees, listed separately from our fee.
  • Monthly care: reviews, updates and improvements, quoted separately if you want them.

With your quote request, we confirm the channels, tools and languages included.

Channels

Each channel, such as website chat or messaging, needs its own setup.

Integrations

Every tool the bot or automation connects to adds setup and testing.

Volume

More conversations and tasks each month raise the running costs.

Running costs

AI usage and platform fees are listed separately in the proposal.

Tell us which task you want to automate

Use the quote form to describe the task and the tools involved, for example: our team answers about 150 delivery questions a day on chat and the website, in Arabic and English, and copies orders into a sheet. We reply with the questions we need answered before preparing a proposal.

Chatbot, automation or both?

A chatbot talks to people: it answers questions and passes harder ones to your team. An automation works in the background: it moves data between tools when something happens. Many first projects need a little of both. Either way, AI should support your team, not replace it, and some decisions must always stay with a person.

What AI should not do for you

  • Make final decisions on refunds or disputes
  • Give medical or legal advice
  • Quote prices nobody has checked
  • Promise what your team cannot deliver
  • Replace the people your customers trust

AI agents and chatbots FAQ

Short answers on accuracy, Arabic, data, channels, costs, hand-off and what AI cannot do.

A chatbot answers people in a conversation. An AI agent can also take steps for you, such as searching records or drafting a reply, within limits you set.

Sometimes, yes. We reduce mistakes with a checked knowledge base, testing and clear hand-off rules, and your team reviews conversations, especially in the first weeks.

Arabic quality depends on the model and on how the answers are written. We test with real customer questions in Arabic before launch and adjust the answers to read naturally.

The proposal states which data the setup uses, where it is processed and who can see it. We use only the data the task needs and keep sensitive topics out of scope.

Often, yes, through the business messaging tools available to your company, as stated in the proposal. Website chat and other channels can be added as well.

Running costs, such as AI usage and platform fees, depend on volume and the tools used. They are listed separately in the proposal, apart from our fee.

Yes. We set clear rules for when the bot passes a conversation to your team, and the person receives the full context so the customer does not have to repeat themselves.

The proposal states the support included after launch. Monthly care, including reviewing conversations and updating the knowledge base, can be quoted separately.

No. It handles repeat questions and routine data work so your team can focus on the conversations and decisions that need a person. Some tasks should always stay human.

A focused first task usually takes a few weeks, depending on access to your tools and how quickly your team tests. The timeline is set in the proposal.

No. We work with you by video call and email. Our working days overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday.
