eCommerce Store Development in Qatar

Online stores

Many Qatar shops still take orders through Instagram messages and chat, one customer at a time. We build online stores in Arabic and English where customers browse, pay and track orders on their own, and where your team manages products and orders every day. We set up the catalogue, the checkout and your delivery rules, and connect the payment gateway your business contracts with.

  • Orders taken without endless messages
  • Stock shown clearly on every product
  • Payments collected online
  • Order updates sent to customers

Which kind of online store?

The right store depends on how much you sell and who buys it. The proposal states which kind fits your business and what is included.

Small catalogue

A neat store for a focused range of products and offers

Large catalogue

Many products with filters, variants and clear categories

Trade orders

Ordering pages for business customers, when you need them

Launch store

A focused store for one product, collection or new launch

What your store must let shoppers do

A store loses sales when shoppers get stuck. These are the seven things every shopper should be able to do without asking you.
Each one is tested before launch.

How a store project runs

Our working hours overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday. Meetings happen by video call, and every stage ends with your approval.
The store goes live only after test orders pass.

STEP 01. Catalogue and requirements

We go through your products, variants, prices, delivery zones and payment method, and agree who will process orders. You approve the requirements before work starts.

STEP 02. Store structure

We plan the categories, filters, product page layout and checkout steps. You approve the structure so the catalogue is organised before design starts.

STEP 03. Design in English and Arabic

We design the home page, category pages, product pages and checkout in both languages, with the Arabic laid out right to left. You review and ask for changes.

STEP 04. Build, payment and delivery

We build the store, load or import your products and connect your payment gateway and delivery rules. You can follow progress on a test link at any time.

STEP 05. Test orders on phones

We place test orders in both languages on phones and computers, check payments, emails and stock, and fix what we find before you test the full store yourself.

STEP 06. Launch and training

We launch the store and train your team to add products, process orders and handle returns. The proposal states the support included after launch and how long.

Signs your store is losing orders

Three common problems in online stores, and how each one is fixed.

Carts left at checkout

Shoppers add items, then disappear.

  • Sign: many abandoned carts
  • Common cause: long or confusing checkout
  • What we do: fewer, clearer checkout steps

Stock that is never right

Customers order items you do not have.

  • Sign: orders for sold-out items
  • Common cause: stock updated by hand
  • What we do: stock rules set in the store

Arabic pages look broken

Text and layout run the wrong way.

  • Sign: mixed text direction
  • Common cause: templates built for English
  • What we do: right-to-left templates

What you control

It should be clear from day one what belongs to you. The proposal states who owns the store, the product data and the accounts.

The store and its data are handed over in your name.

  • Store admin access in your name
  • Payment account in your business name
  • Domain and hosting owned by you
  • You can remove our access anytime

  • Product data belongs to you
  • Products can be exported anytime
  • Photos and descriptions stay yours
  • Customer data stays in your store

  • Training scope set in the proposal
  • Your team shown how to run orders
  • Support period stated in writing
  • Questions answered by email or call

What to prepare

A store can only be as clear as the product information behind it. Gather what you can, and anything missing becomes a question in our reply.

  • Product list: names, prices, sizes, colours and other variants.
  • Photos: clear images of each product, or a plan to shoot them.
  • Delivery: the areas you deliver to, the fees and the usual times.
  • Returns: your returns and exchange policy, in writing.
  • Payments: the payment method or gateway your business can contract with.

These logos belong to Creative 4 All clients across different markets and services. Not all are based in Qatar, and not all used ecommerce services.

What shoppers expect, by product type

Shoppers look for different details depending on what they buy. These are common patterns. They are examples, not a list of our Qatar clients.

Perfume and beauty: notes, sizes and gifts

Fashion: sizes, colours and fast delivery

Food and grocery: delivery slots and stock

Electronics: specs, warranty and stock

Furniture: sizes, photos and delivery

Gifts and flowers: dates and messages

B2B supplies: bulk orders and invoices

Services: booking slots and clear prices

What does an online store cost?

Store quotes vary because catalogues, languages and integrations vary. The best way to compare them is to see what each one includes, and what you will pay every year after launch.

Three items to expect in a proposal:

  • Build: design, store setup, product loading and the integrations you need.
  • Yearly costs: hosting, domain and any paid apps or plugins, listed separately.
  • Payment fees: charged by your payment provider on each order, not by us.

With your quote request, we confirm the catalogue size, languages and integrations included.

Catalogue size

More products and variants mean more setup, loading and testing work.

Languages

Arabic and English product pages need their own names and descriptions.

Integrations

Payments, delivery, stock or accounting links each add setup and testing.

Comparing two quotes

Check both cover the same products, languages and yearly costs first.

Tell us what you want to sell online

Use the quote form to tell us what you sell, how many products you have and where you deliver, for example: we sell perfumes, about 200 products, with delivery across Qatar. We reply with the questions we need answered before preparing a proposal.

Selling on Instagram and WhatsApp, or your own store?

Selling through Instagram posts and chat works when orders are few. As they grow, every order needs a conversation, prices get repeated by hand and order details live in message threads. Your own store lets customers browse, pay and check out on their own, at any hour. Social media still brings people in, and the store is where they can actually buy.

What a store adds

  • Checkout without a conversation for every order
  • A searchable catalogue with prices and stock
  • A record of every order and customer
  • A store you own, not an account on a platform
  • Products that can be found in Google search

eCommerce FAQ

Short answers on cost, platforms, payments, delivery, languages and running the store.

It depends on the number of products, the languages, the design and the integrations you need. The proposal lists each item, plus the yearly costs, so you can compare it fairly.

A small store usually takes a few weeks, and a large catalogue longer. The timeline depends on how quickly product data and approvals come in, and it is set in the proposal.

We agree the platform with you in the proposal, based on your catalogue, your budget and how your team wants to work. The platform is chosen before design starts.

We connect the payment gateway your business contracts with, through the platform’s plugins or integrations. You sign the agreement with the provider, and the payments go to your account.

Yes. We set delivery areas, fees and any minimum-order rules you choose, so customers see the cost before they pay. Courier connections depend on your provider.

Yes, when the store is bilingual. Each product needs its name and description in both languages, and we lay out the Arabic right to left, including the checkout.

Yes. Your team adds products, changes prices and updates stock from the store admin. We train you on this before launch, as set in the proposal.

Usually, yes. We plan how products, customers and order history are moved, and set redirects so old product links still work. The proposal lists what is moved.

Marketing is separate. We offer Google Ads, paid social ads and SEO for stores, each with its own scope and quote.

Hosting is listed separately in the proposal, because a store needs hosting sized for its traffic. You can host with us through our web hosting service or with your own provider.

No. We work with you by video call and email. Our working days overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday.
