Graphic Design in Qatar

Graphic design

Many Qatar businesses need a steady flow of design: brochures for the next exhibition, a catalog or magazine, packaging for a new product, a logo and corporate identity for a new venture. We design them in Arabic and English, to your brand, with both scripts set properly on the same page. You receive print-ready and digital files, plus the editable sources.

  • Designs for print and digital
  • Arabic and Latin type set together
  • Editable source files included
  • Batches delivered on schedule

Do you already have a brand guide?

Yes
Send us your brand guide and a list of what you need designed, and we will quote for the batch, item by item.

Quote my designs

No
We can design a logo and corporate identity first. If the whole brand needs work, ask us to quote for branding.

Our graphic design services

Our graphic design covers seven kinds of work, from a single logo to a full catalog. Each one is designed in Arabic, English or both.
The proposal lists each item and its files.

How a design batch runs

Our working hours overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday. Meetings happen by video call, and every stage ends with your approval.
Nothing is final until you approve it.

STEP 01. Brief

We agree the items in the batch, their sizes, languages, pages and deadline, and how each will be used, in print, online or both. You approve the brief before any design work starts.

STEP 02. References

We review your brand guide, past materials and any designs you like or dislike, so the first drafts start in the right direction and match how your brand already looks.

STEP 03. First drafts

We design the first drafts in Arabic and English, with both scripts set properly on the page. You see each item in full layout, with the real text, not placeholder copy.

STEP 04. Revisions

You send your comments, and we revise the designs. The number of revision rounds is stated in the proposal, so you know how many changes are included before you begin.

STEP 05. Final files

We prepare the final files: print-ready versions set up for your printer, and digital versions sized for screens, social media and email, each checked before sending.

STEP 06. Handover

We send the final files and the editable sources, organised by item and language. The proposal states the formats included and how long the files are kept on our side.

Signs your materials need redesign

Three common problems with business design materials, and how each one is fixed.

Arabic text looks pasted in

Two scripts fight on the page.

  • Sign: awkward Arabic text
  • Common cause: no Arabic typography
  • What we do: fonts paired with care

Every brochure looks different

Each one made by someone else.

  • Sign: mixed styles
  • Common cause: no shared templates
  • What we do: brand templates

Print colours look wrong

Printed copies do not match.

  • Sign: wrong colours in print
  • Common cause: files set up for screens
  • What we do: print-ready files

What you receive

You should be able to use and reuse your designs without coming back to us for every change. The proposal states the files and formats handed over.

Editable source files are included.

  • Editable files for every design
  • Organised by item and language
  • Linked images included
  • Ready for your team to update

  • Fonts named for each design
  • Licence notes in the handover
  • Arabic and Latin fonts listed
  • Open-licence options noted

  • Print-ready PDF files

What to prepare

Design goes faster when the content is ready before we start. Gather what you can, and anything missing becomes a question in our reply.

  • Brand guide: your logo files, colours, fonts and any brand rules.
  • Texts: the final text in Arabic and English, or who will write it.
  • Photos: product, team or location photos, or a plan to take them.
  • Sizes: the sizes, page counts and print details from your printer.
  • Deadline: when you need the files, and any event or launch date.

No brand guide yet? Send us your logo and a few past materials to start.

Design needs by sector

Each sector relies on a different set of design materials. These are common patterns. They are examples, not a list of our Qatar clients.

Real estate: brochures and project books

Food and drink: menus and packaging

Retail: catalogs, labels and offers

Clinics: service guides and leaflets

Education: prospectuses and posters

B2B: catalogs and company profiles

Events: invitations, banners and badges

Hospitality: menus and room guides

What does graphic design cost?

Design quotes vary because items, page counts and languages vary. The best way to compare them is to see what each one includes, item by item, and how many revisions are allowed.

Three items to expect in a proposal:

  • Items: each design listed, with its size, pages and languages.
  • Revisions: the number of revision rounds included for each item.
  • Files: the print, digital and source files you receive at the end.

With your quote request, we confirm the items, pages and languages included.

Number of items

More items in a batch mean more design time, though shared styles help.

Pages

Catalogs, magazines and profiles are priced by the number of pages.

Languages

Arabic and English versions each need their own typeset layout.

One-off or monthly

A single job is quoted alone, while monthly batches spread the work.

Tell us what you need designed

Use the quote form to list the items you need, with sizes, languages and your deadline, for example: we need a 16-page catalog and a tri-fold brochure in Arabic and English for an exhibition next month. We reply with the questions we need answered before preparing a proposal.

Design batch or a full brand identity?

A design batch works when your brand is clear and you need new materials that follow it, from brochures to packaging. When the logo feels dated, the colours change from one item to the next or the brand no longer fits the business, the brand itself needs work first, through our branding and rebranding service.

When you need professional branding first

  • Your logo no longer fits the business
  • Colours and fonts change on every item
  • There is no brand guide to follow
  • You are launching a new company or line
  • Arabic and English versions do not match

Graphic design FAQ

Short answers on files, fonts, revisions, printing, copyright, templates and cost.

Yes. You receive the editable source files along with the print and digital versions, organised by item and language. The proposal lists the formats included.

Yes. We choose Arabic and Latin fonts that work together and set the Arabic text properly, right to left, so it reads naturally next to the English on the same page.

It depends on the number of items, pages and languages, and how quickly content and feedback arrive. The timeline for each batch is set in the proposal before work starts.

We prepare print-ready files set up for your chosen printer. The proposal states whether printing coordination is included, or whether you send the files to the printer yourself.

Ownership and usage rights are stated in the proposal. Once the work is paid, the final designs are yours to use, while fonts and stock images keep their own licences.

Yes. We design post and ad visuals in batches. If you also need the posting managed, we offer social media management as a separate service.

It depends on the items, page counts, languages and revision rounds. The proposal lists each item separately, so you can see what every part of the batch costs.
