Email Marketing in Qatar

Email marketing

Many Qatar businesses have hundreds of customer emails and send nothing, or send the same message to everyone once a year. We plan and run email marketing in Arabic and English: regular newsletters, campaigns for your offers and automated emails that welcome and follow up with customers. Everything is built on consent, and every report shows what brought clicks and enquiries.

  • A regular newsletter
  • Welcome and follow-up emails
  • Contacts sorted by interest
  • Reports on clicks and results

Email work we do

Most email marketing combines four kinds of work. The proposal states which ones are included and how often.

Newsletters

Regular news and updates your customers expect

Campaigns

Emails for offers, launches and seasonal dates

Automated flows

Emails sent on their own when a customer acts

List care

Consent records, clean-up and segments

What good email does for you

Email works when the right message reaches the right person at the right time. These are seven jobs good email marketing does for a business.
Each one is planned with you.

How we set up your email marketing

Our working hours overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday. Meetings happen by video call, and every stage ends with your approval.
No email is sent without your approval.

STEP 01. List and consent review

We look at your contact list, how each contact joined and what records of consent exist. Contacts without clear consent are set aside, and you approve the list we will use.

STEP 02. Platform setup

We set up the email platform agreed in the proposal, in your business name, and check the sending records with whoever manages your domain, so emails are more likely to reach the inbox.

STEP 03. Templates in both languages

We design email templates in Arabic and English, with the Arabic laid out right to left, using your brand colours and logo. You review the templates and ask for changes.

STEP 04. First campaign or flow

We write and build the first newsletter, campaign or automated flow, in both languages if needed. You approve the content, the audience and the send time.

STEP 05. Test in mail apps

We send tests to common mail apps on phones and computers, check the layout in both languages and fix any links or display problems before the email reaches your list.

STEP 06. Send and report

We send the email and report on opens, clicks and the results it brought, with a note on what to change next time. The proposal states how often reports are shared.

Signs your emails are ignored

Three common email marketing problems, and how each one is fixed.

Few people open them

Subject lines that blend in.

  • Sign: low open rates
  • Common cause: one message for everyone
  • What we do: segments by interest

Emails land in spam

Messages never reach the inbox.

  • Sign: emails in spam
  • Common cause: sending records missing
  • What we do: records checked and set

Arabic emails look broken

Text and layout run the wrong way.

  • Sign: broken Arabic layout
  • Common cause: no right-to-left template
  • What we do: an RTL email template

Consent and your list

Email only works long term when people want to receive it. The proposal states how consent is collected, recorded and kept for your list.

We never use purchased lists.

  • Only contacts who agreed
  • Consent collected and recorded
  • Sign-up forms that say what to expect
  • Records kept with the list

  • An unsubscribe link in every email
  • Requests applied straight away
  • No emails after someone leaves
  • Preferences people can change

  • The list stays yours
  • Platform account in your name
  • Exports available at any time
  • Questions answered by email or call

Services that support your email marketing

What to prepare

Email marketing starts faster when we know your list and your plans. Gather what you can, and anything missing becomes a question in our reply.

  • Contact list: your contacts, and how and when each contact agreed to receive email.
  • Brand assets: your logo, colours, fonts and product or service photos.
  • Offers calendar: the offers, launches and dates you want to promote.
  • Languages: which contacts should receive Arabic, English or both.
  • Approvals: who signs off English emails, and who signs off Arabic.

Not sure how your contacts joined? Tell us what you know, and we will advise.

Brands that have worked with Creative 4 All

These logos belong to Creative 4 All clients across different markets and services. Not all are based in Qatar, and not all used email marketing services.

Email uses by sector

Each sector uses email for a different main job. These are common patterns. They are examples, not a list of our Qatar clients.

Online stores: offers and cart reminders

Clinics: appointment reminders

Training: course dates and sign-ups

Real estate: new listings for buyers

Hospitality: seasonal offers and stays

B2B: news for clients and partners

Events: invitations and reminders

Associations: updates for members

What does email marketing cost?

Email quotes vary because lists, volumes and flows vary. The best way to compare them is to see what each one includes, and what the email platform charges on top.

Three items to expect in a proposal:

  • Setup: platform setup, templates in both languages and list review, listed separately.
  • Monthly work: writing, design, sending and reporting for the agreed number of emails.
  • Platform fees: charged by the email platform, usually by list size, paid apart from our fee.

With your quote request, we confirm the list size, campaigns and flows included.

List size

A larger list can raise the platform’s monthly fee and the work to manage it.

Campaigns per month

More newsletters and campaigns mean more writing and design.

Automated flows

Each flow, such as a welcome series, is planned, built and tested.

Platform fees

Email platforms charge their own fees, which are paid apart from ours.

Tell us about your list and your goals

Use the quote form to tell us how many contacts you have and what you want email to do, for example: we have about 2,000 customer emails from our store and want a monthly newsletter in Arabic and English. We reply with the questions we need answered before preparing a proposal.

Email or messaging-app broadcasts?

Messaging apps are quick and personal, and many Qatar customers prefer them for short updates. Email still works better for longer content, records people keep, business buyers and messages with several links. Many businesses use both, each for what it does best, and automated messaging belongs to our AI agents and automation service.

Where email still wins

  • Longer news, guides and offers
  • Receipts and records people keep
  • Business buyers who work from email
  • Designed messages with several links
  • A list you own, on any platform

Email marketing FAQ

Short answers on lists, consent, Arabic, spam, frequency, platforms, reports and cost.

No. We only send to contacts who agreed to hear from you. Purchased lists harm the sender’s reputation, push emails to spam and break the trust of the people on them.

Consent is collected and recorded as agreed in the proposal, through sign-up forms that say what people will receive. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works straight away.

Yes. We write Arabic emails natively and use templates laid out right to left, then test them in common mail apps. Contacts can receive Arabic, English or both.

We send only to people who agreed, keep the list clean and check the sending records with whoever manages your domain. No one can promise every email reaches the inbox.

It depends on your customers and how much you have to say. Many businesses start with one newsletter a month plus a few campaigns, and adjust based on the results.

We agree the platform with you in the proposal, based on your list size, budget and the tools it must connect to. The account is set up in your business name.

We do, in Arabic and English, based on your offers and news. You approve every email before it is sent, and your team can add details we would not know.

Opens, clicks, unsubscribes and, where tracking allows, the enquiries or sales an email brought. Each report ends with what to change in the next send.

Often, yes, depending on the store platform. Cart reminders and order follow-ups can be added, and new stores can be built with our ecommerce development service.

It depends on the list size, the number of emails each month, the automated flows and the languages. The proposal lists our fee and the platform fees separately.

No. We work with you by video call and email. Our working days overlap with Qatar for most of the day from Monday to Thursday.
